LunaCco Refund Policy
Overview
LunaCco builds digital tools designed to be explored before you commit.
Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
To make sure you can decide with confidence, we provide free plans and time-limited trials where applicable.
Software Subscriptions
Paging Polly & Polly Do
- Both products offer free plans you can use indefinitely.
- Paid plans include a 7–14 day trial period (as specified at checkout) so you can fully test the product before being charged.
- Once a subscription payment is processed, subscriptions are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
Digital Downloads & One-Time Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final for:
- Prompt packs
- Blueprint & sequence packs
- Style packs
- Planner personas
- Fonts
- Plugins
- Any other downloadable digital products
Once these products are delivered or downloaded, they are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Fonts
Font purchases are final sale.
Because fonts are licensed digital assets that can be installed and used immediately, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.
Plugins
All plugins are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to functionality.
For this reason:
- Plugin purchases are non-refundable
- Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
Billing Errors & Technical Issues
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to a purchased product, please contact us.

- Duplicate charges
- Access issues
- Account or delivery errors

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension or loss of access to LunaCco products.
